Dairy Food Safety Victoria provides technical information on many food safety topics to assist manufacturers and processors of dairy products, including information on how to deal with product issues, allergens in food, cleaning and maintenance. FREE Online Food Recall Training Course for Dairy Processors
Safe Food Queensland recently developed a new online training course about the Food Recall Process in Australia.
This course has been developed with federal funding from the Package Assisting Small Exporters (PASE) program and is available to all dairy processors throughout Australia, free of charge.
The course covers:
- The potential impact of a food recall on your business
- Who governs the recall process in Australia
- What your business responsibilities are during a recall
- How to communicate effectively during a recall
- How to build resilience in your business to weather a recall
We encourage you to complete this course. The content is designed to help you feel more prepared for a recall, should the need ever arise in your business.
